TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. To secure a booking a deposit of £100 per week is payable, the balance become due 6 weeks before commencement of the holiday.
2. In the event of a cancellation, whilst every effort will be made to re-book The Bungalow, if it is not possible the deposit is non-refundable.
3. The Bungalow is a NON SMOKING property and smoking is NOT permitted at any time.
4. Animals and birds are not permitted on the premises.
5. A special deposit of £50 is payable before commencement of the holiday and returned after checkout subject to The Bungalow being in the clean and tidy condition it was in at the start of the holiday. Should this not be the case, or if there has been any damage a part or whole of the special deposit will be retained.
